Yes u know what time it is!!! SKETCH-OF-THE-DAY!!!!!!! But it’s a weird one. Why its weird its because I got this really weird e-mail from a fan???? Not sure but it read something like this

“ Dear Mr Jay21,
I like what you do. I like the type of art, but I think u use the cartoon stuff to run from the fact that u cant draw real people. So I just wanted to point out that.”

Weird e-mail don’t u think? When u read that I was like waaaa????? (moth opens?) is this for real?. Im not going hate on anyone but this is a false statement I think. Any artist knows that every artist has gone throw the basics. Because I don’t show my sketches of people or real things I do, doesn’t not mean that I don’t do that kind of stuff on my free time. But I actually do. I never post it up because its like how many artist out there can draw from real life? I chose to show my warm up sketches and the stuff I produce profanely for a reaction. I don’t want to be one of those people. “ oh look a other one that can draw realistically yay” I have people come see my blog and my website not only for that I think. I unno, can someone help me figure out this person? Cuz I have no clue what to e-mail this person back. :S
So just to prove to the people that don’t think I can draw from real life hers a lil 10 min sketch. Maybe that will change peoples opinions about me know knows. But im just going end this with

Well happy New Year for who ever reads my blog (I bet its not many) anyways, its seems its seems that 07 has lots of big things happening well so far at least. Well like I said I was going to do a post card series, I just got word that I will actually be doing some postcards for a clothing store and they loved the idea of the” girls vs zombies” as long as I dress the girls with here cloths, so I will have full access to there stuff. So in the few weeks ill post up some production work of it, it be nice at the end to see I do my process of the kind of stuff I do. I haven’t really done anything like that on here. Besides the work I did for the any war poster for Sony and the workshops I do at schools. Maybe this will help the work shops a lil better if I do something like this so people read how I do instead of me explain with out pitchers I know that boring. :S. hmm what else is going ohh yea ill be doing 4 more work shops for 4 night school classes witch I always love doing. Many people think what I do is simple as 1,2,3 others think its Amazingly hard. Id say its in the middle I unno. I’m not here to complain ohh my job is so hard to do. Screw that I ant a wiener. Continuing… I will be also doing a package design for playing Cards. Doing a box and the out side of the card) the one u don’t see what kind of card it is)…. And school is roiling around now the final starch. Once thats done I guess that means a full time job in an agency or something I unno you tell me. Hahaha
well for now I guess this is enof for now. On the bottom there is one of the two cards I did for xmas for friends and the beautiful fans I have. ( i love u all) Hey if u don’t get one well ant my falt next time e-mail me!then you’ll get one.Hahaha the card was for the nice people that given me a job to keep this artist from starving.
